Every semester, we welcome all new students with an unforgettable Kick-Off! It is the best way to kickstart your studies, make lifelong friends, and experience the incredible community at Hälso.

Nightlife at Akademien
Keep the party going! The campus nightclub, Akademien, opens its doors every night for everyone who wants to dance and celebrate.
Guided by Your "Fadders"
You will be placed in a group led by experienced Hälso students called fadders. They know the campus inside out and are always there to answer questions, guide your group, and help you navigate your first week.

Participation in any activity is completely optional. You can always say no to anything you don't feel comfortable doing.
No Alcohol Pressure
While drinking alcohol is an option during the week, it will never be required, expected, or made part of any game or task.
The Ovve will be your most valued clothing item as a student, it is not only worn during the whole kick-off, but also at all student parties and every time you go to the student night club Akademien.

You never have to worry about what to wear on a night out.
Our white overalls signal to everyone that we are students at Hälso, as each school at JU has a different color. We also wear colored stripes on our right leg to show which program we study.
